As most of you know I juice, but I don’t love it, or even like it I do however like my smoothies… If you get a fruit share and a juice share here is my weekly suggestion ~Rj
Green Smoothie With Avocado
1 banana, peeled and then frozen
1/2 cup mango
1/2 small or medium avocado
1 cup spinach
1 1/4 cups almond milk (soy, oat, rice, or hemp milk are also fine)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all smoothie ingredients in your blender and blend till very smooth and creamy. Add a little more almond milk as needed, or a few ice cubes if you want it to be frostier!
Fruit share + Egg Share + Noble Bread
This will be the best egg salad you have ever had!!
Avocado Egg Salad
Servings: 4
EASY
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 Blue Sky hard boiled eggs
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Slice avocado in half. Scoop insides into a bowl.
Peel two hard boiled eggs and chop them up.
Mash the avocado and eggs together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Smear on toasted Nobel Bread
